I love the color combination as well as the basket. I received them on Sat and by Thursday they were looking sad. The big lilies were brown and the roses never opened. The sponge is still damp and I added water .

I want to give an A+++ to A Secret Garden for helping me make my daughter’s day! They pulled off a same day delivery and even ran all over town because my daughter left work and I had to use her phone location to find her as I was calling from out of state! The delivery person went above and beyond to make sure the flowers got delivered to my daughter no matter what, and I just can’t say how much it means to me! When you live 1000 miles from your kids and you can’t hug them when they need it, sometimes you need warriors like this to call on and help out, so this just meant so much to me!

I wanted to buy my grandmother a simple Mother’s Day arrangement. Hours after I had ordered, received my confirmation, CHARGED and told my grandmother to expect a delivery, they emailed me to cancel my entire order. Didn’t even give me the option to change the date. Gave me no information as to how long it will take for me to get my refund. When I tried calling, all it kept saying that “user was busy.” I am incredibly disappointed and will let my Ohio family know not to do business here.

I've always received great service and beautiful arrangements from Secret Garden. They've gone out of their way to help with getting what I needed. I wanted to send an arrangement to a friend who recently lost her husband. I didn't want it to look funereal so I opted for the roses and freesia in a vase. I ordered flowers online for my sister's birthday and when they told me the flowers in the picture were out of season they made up a special arrangement for me that was incredible. Unfortunately I didn't know my sister was out of town for her birthday. After finding out her return date, they re-made the entire arrangement fresh and delivered it to her 4 days later.
